Side Amigo does not guarantee any specific revenue or retention outcomes without active cooperation and data provided by the client (e.g., customer lists, purchase history, CRM access).

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure.

4. Client Responsibilities

Side Amigo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Liability is capped at the total fees paid in the last 3 months.

9. Modification of Terms

Side Amigo may modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.

11. Eligibility for Promotions

Any promotional offers (e.g., free trial, onboarding discounts, performance guarantees) are only available to businesses that provide sufficient customer data (e.g., past purchase history, verified opt-ins).

15. Project Ownership

If you choose a one-time project or pay in full for campaign buildouts, ownership covers only the creative assets and agreed deliverables. Ongoing campaign management requires an active subscription.

16. Hosting & Deliverability Costs

Email/SMS campaigns require ongoing hosting and sending infrastructure. A monthly fee is required to maintain access. Non-payment will result in suspension.

17. Reactivation Fees

If services are suspended due to non-payment, reactivation may require payment of outstanding invoices plus a reactivation fee.

Side Amigo Fulfillment, Pricing & Refund Policy

Pricing

Side Amigo offers transparent pricing for all services. Our plans are outlined on our website and vary based on features, sending volumes, and level of support.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund. Requests must be made in writing to our support team. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued, but subscriptions can be cancelled anytime (service remains active until the end of the billing cycle).

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time via your Side Amigo dashboard or by contacting support. Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Price Changes

Side Amigo reserves the right to adjust pricing. Clients will be notified in advance, and changes will only apply to future billing cycles.

Side Amigo complies with PCI DSS standards to protect your payment data. We accept major credit/debit cards and may support PayPal or bank transfers.
